Policies

• We require proof of current immunization (C5 for dogs and F3 for cats) and any other important medical information for each pet in our care.
  
• We only use quality cleaning products that ensure the safety of our guests.
  
• We only serve quality pet foods.
  
• Guests are charged for the day they check in – regardless of their arrival time.
  
• Guests will not be charged for the day they check out if they depart before 10am.
  
• After 10am a full day fee is charged.
